Priscilla's Sausage Con Queso Dip & Chip Recipe

Serving 8 People
Prep Time:8-10 min
Cook Time:5-7 min

16 oz Velveeta Cheese
16 oz Taco Bell Thick N' Chunky Medium Salsa
1/2 pound Bob Evans Hot Sausage or other choices such as Jamestown Brand or Jimmy Dean(which ever one you like)
1 13 oz Bag of Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips

1 Crock Pot or you can use a sauce pan or microwave. Cooking time should take at least 5 min like so to cook.
Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes. If your not that good with the knife then just cut it up into 4 pieces. Cutting the cheese will make it cook evenly. Put it in the pan or bowl(for microwave put it on 5 min)for the pan it should be on low temp. same for the crock pot. Let it cook for 5 min so that the cheese can melt. On your cutting board, ruff chop or break up sausage into even pieces and throw it in the pan and start sauteing. Let it cook really good. Stir it until it's well done. OK now when the cheese is melted stir in all of your ingredients such as the sausage and salsa. Stir it all for about a minute or 2 so that all of the ingredients will mix together. Break out your Tortilla chips and your plates and bowls get your fam and friends and eat up! Bon Appetit!
